Purchase Info
Your puppy/dog is guaranteed to be free of disease and defect (unless otherwise noted) and does not appear
clinically ill from parasitic infestations. Buyer must have a letter from a licensed veterinarian, if found to
have any disorder or serious disease to exchange  puppy/dog for one of equal value, at once or when one is
available. Newly purchased puppy/dog must be taken to a licensed veterinarian within 5 days of purchase,
within 2 business days of vet's certification of illness, buyer must notify the seller in writing. Within 1 year
of purchase, if a licensed veterinarian determines that your puppy/dog has a congenital or hereditary defect
which adversely affects the animal.\'s heath, we reserve the right to a second opinion from a licensed
veterinarian of our choice.

Buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog current on worming, immunizations, and medical care it might need. of
the puppy. There is no way to determine the exact adult size of the puppy, ( we can only make estimates
based on the size of the parents & grand parents) therefor we cannot guarantee the puppy's adult size. The
breeder assumes no responsibility for this puppy after leaving premises including but not limited to medical
expenses, shipping cost, mortality (including injuries), landlords disapproval, allergies, disagreement of a
family member. Guarantee does not warrant that this puppy/dog has been examined by a veterinarian. The
purchaser is encouraged to have this puppy/dog examined by a licensed veterinarian as soon after purchase
as is feasible.

A sales contract, we offer 1 year health guarantee, from the date of birth.

Each puppy comes with their own Birth Certificate.

Deposits
A deposit of $100.00 will hold the puppy of your choice, Payment in full must be made upon
pickup. Deposits and payments can be check, PayPal, postal money order, or cashiers
check, or cash at pickup. All forms of deposits and checks must clear before pickup of
puppy.
Shipping
Shipping is available via Continental. Shipping is $275.00 This covers the cost of flight, travel
crate, insurance and vet fees. Total payment and all checks must be clear before shipping
